Job summary

Outsourcing Staffing Advantage is seeking a motivated sales professional in South Africa to drive growth by creating new business conversations with prospective clients. You will engage decision-makers, understand staffing challenges, and represent outsourcing services to strengthen the sales pipeline.

You will identify opportunities, build relationships, present solutions consultatively, qualify leads, conduct discovery calls, prepare proposals, and push to close new business while maintaining

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or business development is required.
• Ability to generate new business and close deals.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
• Confident communicating with business owners and decision-makers.
• Self-motivated and target-driven.
• Proficient in CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent verbal and written English; C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build relationships with prospective clients and understand their staffing needs.
• Present outsourcing solutions in a consultative manner.
• Qualify leads and guide prospects through the sales process.
• Schedule and conduct discovery calls and sales meetings.
• Prepare proposals and follow up to close opportunities.
• Maintain client information and sales activities in the CRM.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales, revenue, and client acquisition targets.
• Develop long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
• Provide market feedback to management.
