Job summary

Discovery Limited in South Africa is seeking a driven telesales professional to conduct outbound telemarketing across Discovery product lines from our DFCR Telemarketing call centre. You will focus on generating qualified leads for Financial Advisors, scheduling appointments, and ensuring accurate data in our CRM.

The role requires Matric and a minimum of 2 years outbound telesales experience, with MS Word/Excel proficiency.

Qualifications

• Matric and at least 2 years of outbound telesales experience.
• Outbound Call Center experience preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• NQF 4/5 and RE5 qualifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide qualified sales leads to Financial Advisors.
• Set up appointments for Financial Advisors.
• Manage leads to track lead status for management visibility.
• Engage with clients regarding Life, Investments, Health, Bank, and Insure products.
• Provide accurate information and route queries appropriately.
• Record, update and maintain customer information in systems.
• Meet or exceed daily and monthly targets.
• Participate in team meetings and telemarketing improvement initiatives.
• Complete additional duties to support business objectives.
