Job summary

Discovery Limited in Sandton is recruiting a DC - GAP Telesales Consultant to drive telesales from Discovery Connect Sales call centre. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, convert leads, and respond to product inquiries with the aim of converting to sales.

The role reports to the sales team leader and focuses on achieving monthly sales targets, accurate data capture, and adherence to quality and compliance standards. A positive, target-driven environment is offered.

Qualifications

• Matric is required.
• 1-2 years sales experience, preferably outbound telesales.
• NQF5 and RE5 qualification.
• Tertiary qualification would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve monthly sales and activations targets.
• Capture all client application information accurately on the system.
• Ensure products sold match client profile.
• Meet productivity, quality and compliance requirements.
• Complete ongoing assessments.
