Job summary

Discovery Limited in Sandton is seeking a Telesales Consultant for the Discovery Insure short-term portfolio. You will operate in the Connect Sales call centre, handling inbound and outbound calls, identifying sales opportunities and maintaining records.

You will report to the sales team leader, strive to achieve quality targets and adhere to SLAs. The role requires at least 2 years of sales experience, knowledge of short-term products, and strong English/Afrikaans communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years sales experience, preferably outbound telesales.
• Minimum 2 years short-term product knowledge; Discovery Insure knowledge is an advantage.
• PC literacy, email, Word, Excel.
• NQF5 and RE5 qualifications.
• Tertiary qualification an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Communication to members telephonically via fax and email.
