Job summary

Discovery Limited in Sandton is seeking a motivated telesales representative for the Discovery Connect Sales call centre to conduct Vitality telesales. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, manage administration, and contribute to achieving sales targets.

You will maintain accurate records, perform Financial Needs Analyses, and communicate with members via fax and email while ensuring service level agreements are met. Fluency in English and Afrikaans is preferred.

Qualifications

• Matric certificate or equivalent required.
• At least 2 years sales experience, preferably in outbound telesales.
• Minimum 1 year Vitality product knowledge is an advantage.
• PC literacy including email, Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Identify sales opportunities.
• Answer inbound calls timeously and make required outbound calls.
• Coordinate own administration.
• Maintaining accurate details and statistics of all queries.
• Conduct Financial Needs Analysis.
• Achieve Vitality sales target.
• Communication to members telephonically via fax and email.
• Adhering to service level agreements.
