Job summary

Ekco, a fast-growing cloud and security MSP, is looking for a Sales Development Representative to generate qualified opportunities for Account Managers in the Netherlands. You will own outbound prospecting, connect with IT decision-makers, and book meetings that drive Ekco's growth.

You will work with Cloud, Cyber Security and Managed Services offerings, qualification, scheduling for Account Managers, and maintain a healthy pipeline.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in outbound sales, lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting or business development.
• Proven ability to engage decision-makers and navigate gatekeepers.
• Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills.
• Resilient, self-motivated and target-driven.
• Comfortable working in a KPI-focused environment.
• Ability to handle objections professionally and confidently.
• Experience within IT, cloud or managed services is highly desirable.
• Fluent Dutch language skills (spoken and written) are essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound prospecting activities via phone, email and LinkedIn.
• Identify and engage with key decision-makers within target organisations.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for Account Managers.
• Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Promote Ekco's Cloud, Cyber Security, Managed Services and Business Continuity solutions.
• Achieve agreed activity levels and performance targets.
