Job summary

Rewardsco is seeking proven Outbound Sales Agents for its Funeral Cover team in South Africa. You will drive sales with a base salary of R6,500 plus uncapped commission, supported by a comprehensive benefits package in a vibrant, growth-focused environment.

Key duties include selling Funeral Cover to SA customers, identifying needs, overcoming objections, and meeting daily and monthly targets while maintaining compliance. A matric and outbound telesales experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Matric essential.
• Minimum 6 months proven outbound telesales experience.
• Clear spoken English and professional sales conversation.
• Track record of achieving sales targets.
• Funeral Cover or insurance sales experience advantageous.
• Clear criminal record.
• Willingness to learn and take coaching.
