In this role, you will engage with potential customers, promote products, and drive sales through effective communication. Ideal candidates have a C1–C2 level in French, B2 in English, and proven B2B outbound sales experience. Qualifications

• Fluency in French (C1–C2 level, spoken and written).
• Good command of English (B2 or higher).
• Proven B2B outbound sales experience.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

• Ability to work in a structured, performance-based environment.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective customers in the Canadian market.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using approved sales techniques.
• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Handle objections confidently and close sales effectively.
• Accurately capture customer interactions in internal systems.
• Maintain a high level of product and campaign knowledge.
• Deliver a professional and engaging customer experience at all times.
• Adhere to compliance, quality, and operational standards.
