Job summary

Kinesis Holdings is recruiting an Outbound Sales Consultant to join a focused short-term insurance sales team in South Africa. You will telephonically sell motor and household insurance, aim to surpass monthly targets and uphold strict compliance standards while delivering excellent client service.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in outbound sales, strong communication skills, and fluency in English with additional SA languages.

Qualifications

• Matric (Grade 12) is required.
• Minimum 2 years’ outbound sales experience in call centre or face-to-face with measurable targets.
• Outbound sales experience is essential.
• Financial services experience is advantageous.
• RE5 qualification is advantageous.
• 30 FAIS Credits (Short-Term Insurance) advantageous.
• Clear criminal and credit record.
• Fluency in English and at least one additional SA official language.

Experience

• Grade 12 (Matric)
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in:
  • Outbound sales call centre environment OR
  • Face-to-face sales with measurable targets
• Outbound sales experience is essential
• Financial services experience (advantageous)

• 30 FAIS Credits (Short-Term Insurance) – advantageous
