Job summary

Weaver FinTech Group in South Africa is hiring a Team Leader for Insurance Telemarketing to lead, support and develop a team of consultants, ensuring targets are met and customers are served with excellence. You will drive sales strategies, monitor performance, coach 15 consultants, and collaborate with management to improve customer satisfaction and revenue growth across the insurance portfolio.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in sales, 2 years in insurance sales, 3 years in team

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Sales.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in an insurance sales environment.
• 3 years' experience in team leadership.
• Competent in MS Office packages, particularly MS Word, Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of 15 consultants on performance.
• Achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.
• Develop and implement coaching and training programmes.
• Maintain adherence to workflows and identify procedural gaps.
• Manage non-adherence and escalate/challenge management as needed.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet team targets.
• Monitor sales metrics and provide feedback for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align sales with organizational goals.
• Lead, guide, and support agents through coaching and training.
