Job summary
Fortune Kutukwa, Cape Town-based financial services organisation, is seeking an Outbound Sales Consultant to join its busy call centre team, specializing in short-term insurance. You will telephonically sell motor and household insurance, strive to achieve and exceed monthly targets, and ensure strict adherence to quality assurance, compliance standards and FAIS requirements.
Offered package includes a monthly basic of R12 000 plus commission, medical aid and group cover, with opportunities for
Qualifications
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric).
- At least 2 years in outbound sales in call centre or face-to-face with targets.
- Outbound sales experience essential.
- RE5 qualification and FAIS credits advantageous.
- Clear criminal and credit record.
- Fluent in English and at least one SA language.
Responsibilities
- Sell short-term insurance telephonically (motor and household).
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance objectives.
- Maintain QA, compliance, and standards.
- Manage productivity and efficiency per business benchmarks.
- Handle objections professionally and resolve client concerns.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Stay updated on product changes and regulatory updates.
- Comply with FAIS Fit & Proper requirements.
- Adapt to changing operational needs.
