Hours are Monday to Friday 08:15–16:15, with overtime as required; marathon shifts may occur to meet business needs.

Qualifications

Matric is required.
At least 2 years of experience in outbound sales within a call centre.
Fluency in English and one other South African official language.
Commitment to FAIS Act and meeting Fit & Proper requirements.
Ability to work overtime.

Responsibilities

Sales of long-term insurance packages to potential clients.
Achievement of sales targets and objectives.
Adherence to Quality and Compliance processes to minimize business risk.
Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements.
Resolve complaints and objections.
