Job summary

Bomkazi Consulting seeks a seasoned OD/Change Management specialist to lead and execute short- to mid-sized change initiatives within the organisation. The role drives organisational development, stakeholder engagement, and policy governance to support strategic objectives.

You will apply ProSCI change methodologies, conduct impact analyses, and collaborate with leaders to implement effective interventions across business units. A postgraduate/masters level qualification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, Business Management or similar.
• Postgraduate qualification preferred.
• Prosci Change Management Certification or other recognised Change Management Certification.
• 7 years’ experience in Organisational Development and Change Management at Practitioner/ Specialist level.
• 3 years leading design and implementation of OD/ Organisational Effectiveness solutions and interventions.
• Knowledge of Short-term insurance business.
