You will lead job design, evaluation and profiling activities, while ensuring governance compliance and stakeholder alignment across HR and senior leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 8+ years of OD/HR/workforce planning experience.
• Experience in organisational restructuring and operating model design.
• Experience engaging with senior stakeholders and governance committees.

Responsabilités

• Support development, implementation and maintenance of organisational structures aligned to strategy and governance.
• Analyse organisational structures, conduct job design and job evaluation using approved methodologies.
• Develop organisational design recommendations and ensure compliance with governance frameworks.
• Facilitate organisational design, restructuring and optimisation initiatives.
• Support target operating model development and organisational effectiveness initiatives.
• Develop and review job profiles, perform job analysis and evaluation processes.
• Ensure interventions comply with policies, standards and governance.
• Provide specialist OD advice and partner with executives and HR stakeholders.
• Support change implementation and identify change impacts and risks.
• Analyse workforce requirements and trends to support strategic planning.
• Analyse data and provide reports and recommendations to improve effectiveness.
• Enhance OD methodologies and benchmark practices against industry standards.
