Job summary

Red Bull South Africa seeks a logistics and customer service professional to own the end-to-end order-to-cash experience for the national customer base. The role drives planning collaboration, imports/exports, customs and POS material management, turning operational data into insights for service levels and cost decisions.

The position covers forward/reverse logistics, POS planning, quality management and analytical reporting, with a focus on automation and continuous improvement across the CSC

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or related field.
• Strong computer literacy with MS Office and analytics capability.
• Experience with import/export, customs documentation and SAP ERP.

Responsibilities

• Timeous order processing for finished goods to end customer.
• Resolve escalated queries related to orders, deliveries, credits and returns.
• Coordinate with Demand & Supply Planner for stock coverage.
• Review outstanding/blocked orders and ensure smooth delivery flow.
• Handle DP orders, verify bookings and correct warehouse allocations.
• Act as key user for Operations data throughput across sales and logistics.
