Job summary

You will coordinate transportation planning, track and trace, KPI reporting, and collaboration with third-party logistics providers, SAP, and VTS to ensure timely, compliant shipments.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in logistics and/or project management.
• BCom in Logistics Management is advantageous.
• Strong leadership and management abilities.
• Organised with data analysis skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
• Good knowledge of RSA geography.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Familiar with cross-border procedures.
• Ability to handle pressure and meet deadlines.
• Capable of creating and documenting quality processes.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute and manage deliveries and drivers efficiently.
• Maintain driver availability for maximum efficiency.
• Oversee Vehicle Delivery Tracking System clerical tasks.
• Cross border planning and compliance.
• Analyze transportation costs and identify efficiency improvements.
• Prepare and present reports on KPIs and operations.
