Job summary

Hollywoodbets, based in Durban, is seeking an Operations Support Consultant (Contact Centre) to strengthen the administrative backbone of the Contact Centre. The role partners with leadership, marketing and operations to translate strategy into service excellence at scale.

The ideal candidate will bring 2–3 years in admin or operations support, a valid driver’s license, and a related degree. This is a high-growth role within a fast-paced team, with cross-department exposure and project

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of administration management experience.
• 2–3 years of operations admin or support experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Degree/Diploma in related field.

Responsibilities

• Plan and roll out marketing campaigns/strategies with Contact Centre departments.
• Request monthly breakdown of expenses from various departments.
• Review relevance and accuracy of expenditure per department and business unit by line item.
• Analyse bottom performer analysis from MIS and ensure PIP process is followed.
• Request and track POPI data for erasure requests and Gambling Board queries to relevant managers.
