Placements24 seeks an Operations Supervisor for its Rustenburg facility to oversee daily cold chain warehousing and distribution activities. You will ensure product integrity from receiving to dispatch, lead a dedicated team, and uphold strict quality standards in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in warehouse operations, with 2+ in a supervisory role.

Requirements

• Demonstrated knowledge of cold storage best practices, HACCP, and relevant food safety standards.
• Experience with inventory management systems and WMS is essential.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and resolving issues.
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Basic understanding of refrigeration systems and temperature monitoring is an advantage.
