• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of operations and logistics management experience in distribution/warehousing.
• Proven track record in optimizing supply chain operations, reducing costs, and improving efficiency.
• Strong understanding of warehouse management, inventory control and transportation logistics.
• Experience leading teams and managing daily operations.
• Proficiency with WMS/ERP systems and logistics software.
