Job summary

Pronto Labour Team in Gauteng seeks an experienced Operations Manager (EE) to lead after-sales and workshop operations, oversee parts and inventory, and drive profitability through strong customer and OEM relations.

The role requires 5+ years in a management position, with earthmoving or mining equipment industry exposure. A trade test is advantageous but not mandatory, and a clean criminal record will be verified.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a management position.
• Experience in earthmoving/heavy equipment, capital equipment or mining equipment industry.
• Trade tested - an advantage, but not mandatory.
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, operational budget & departmental profitability.
• Strong understanding of workshop operations, parts management, inventory control & customer support.
• Experience working with OEMs, warranty administration.
• Clean criminal record - will be verified.
