Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy earthmoving/mining/capital equipment industry.
• 5+ years in a management position.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Trade (Red Seal) is an advantage.
• Proven P&L and budgeting responsibilities.
• Strong workshop operations, parts management, inventory control and customer support.
• Experience with OEMs and warranty administration.
• Clean criminal record (to be verified).

OPERATIONS MANAGER

• MUST have Minimum 8 Years' experience in a HEAVY EQUIPMENT/EARTHMOVING/MINING EQUIPMENT OR CAPITAL EQUIPMENT Industry experience
• Minimum 5 Years' experience in a MANAGEMENT POSITION
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Engineering, Operations Management, Supply Chain OR Commercial Management
• Trade (Red Seal) - An Advantage
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, Operational Budgets & Departmental Profitability
• Strong understanding of Workshop Operations, Parts Management, Inventory Control & Customer Support
• Experience working with OEMs, Warranty Administration
• CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
