• MUST have Minimum 8 Years' experience in a HEAVY EQUIPMENT/EARTHMOVING/MINING EQUIPMENT OR CAPITAL EQUIPMENT Industry experience
• Minimum 5 Years' experience in a MANAGEMENT POSITION
• Diploma/Degree in Business Management, Engineering,, Operations Management, Supply Chain OR Commercial Management
• Trade (Red Seal) - An Advantage
• Demonstrated responsibility for P&L, Operational Budgets &
  Departmental Profitability
• Strong understanding of Workshop Operations, Parts
  Management, Inventory Control & Customer Support
• Experience working with OEMs, Warranty Administration
• CLEAN CRIMINAL RECORD - will be verified
