Ideal candidates hold a relevant diploma/degree and have 5+ years in management plus 8+ years in the heavy equipment industry, with a clean criminal record to be verified.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in heavy earthmoving/mining/capital equipment industry.
• 5+ years in a management position.
• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Trade (Red Seal) is an advantage.
• Proven P&L and budgeting responsibilities.
• Strong workshop operations, parts management, inventory control and customer support.
• Experience with OEMs and warranty administration.
• Clean criminal record (to be verified).
