Salary: AD 15000 – 18000 all inclusive

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded OPS MANAGER to lead the day-to‑day operations of a thriving premium café concept located in Al Barsha, Dubai. This opportunity is ideal for a hospitality professional who combines strong leadership skills with a passion for modern café culture, guest experience, and business performance. This role offers the opportunity to take full ownership of a single outlet operation, overseeing service excellence, team development, financial performance, and operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating an exceptional guest experience while ensuring the business consistently achieves its commercial objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience within contemporary café, lifestyle dining, specialty coffee, or premium casual dining environments. About the Ops Manager Role

As Operations Manager, you will oversee the complete operation of one established café location in Dubai.
