Qualifications

• Diploma in Mining, Mechanical or Explosives Engineering.
• Blasting Certificate MQA and Advanced Blasting course.
• Proficiency with MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Email).

Responsabilités

• Perform annual business planning to manage finances, employees, and objectives.
• Develop and execute business strategy to secure new business for BME.
• Manage the operations service delivery value chain to create value at each step.
• Oversee stock management, orders, shipping and related costs.
• Ensure compliance with Mine Health and Safety Act, OHS Act and SHERQ requirements.
• Lead HR activities across the organisation and manage performance.
