Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent.
• ECSA registration with SA qualification (Advantageous).
• 10 years of line management experience in production.
• 5 years of technical product support experience.
• 5 years of people management experience.
• 2 years of project management experience (Advantageous).

Responsabilités

• Achieve integrated production targets and compliance with safety and quality criteria.
• Manage process, people and plant to meet legislative and operational standards.
• Develop and manage the production budget and cost-control programs.
• Oversee direct reports and workforce utilization to maximize productivity.
• Drive continuous improvement across the production value chain.
