Placements24 is seeking a proactive Project Manager focused on Operations Improvement to drive efficiency and cost reductions across multiple business units in Port Elizabeth. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and track KPIs to deliver measurable improvements.

You will identify opportunities, develop and execute improvement plans, and facilitate training to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management with a focus on operations improvement or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Identify operational inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
• Develop and implement project plans for process optimization and cost reduction.
• Lead cross-functional teams to execute improvement initiatives with timely implementation.
• Apply Lean, Six Sigma or similar methodologies to drive measurable results.
• Track KPIs and report impact to management.
• Facilitate training and change management to ensure adoption of new processes.
