Placements24 is seeking a proactive Project Manager focused on Operations Improvement to drive efficiency and cost reductions across multiple business units in Port Elizabeth. You will lead cross-functional teams, apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and track KPIs to deliver measurable improvements.

You will identify opportunities, develop and execute improvement plans, and facilitate training to ensure successful adoption.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in project management with a focus on operations improvement or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred) certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in project management, with a strong focus on operations , process improvement, or business analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Certification in Lean, Six Sigma (Green Belt or Black Belt preferred), or equivalent is highly advantageous.
• Proven ability to lead teams, manage change, and deliver measurable operational improvements.
