Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 6 years of progressive experience in industrial engineering with a focus on operations excellence and continuous improvement.
• Black Belt certification preferred within Lean/Six Sigma methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex improvement projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and statistical analysis skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in process simulation software and data analysis tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development and execution of operations excellence programs, including Lean and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Analyze complex operational processes, identify root causes of inefficiencies, and implement sustainable solutions.
• Develop and implement KPIs to measure and drive operational performance improvements.
• Conduct process mapping, value stream analysis, and capacity planning exercises.
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions on continuous improvement methodologies for all staff levels.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to implement process changes and ensure adoption.
• Oversee projects aimed at improving safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance.
• Mentor and guide junior engineers and operational staff in continuous improvement tools.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management on progress and future recommendations.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices and emerging trends in operational excellence.
