You will guide senior client executives, mentor consultants, and apply Lean, Six Sigma, Agile and supply chain methodologies to create measurable outcomes across diverse industries.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in operational consulting, process improvement, or similar leadership role.
• Deep expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, Agile, and Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational efficiency initiatives, including supply chain optimization and lean process improvements.
• Conduct diagnostics of client operations to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Develop and implement robust operational strategies, frameworks, and roadmaps to achieve measurable performance gains.
• Mentor teams of consultants on operational improvement projects and ensure high-quality deliverables.
