You will lead workshops, develop roadmaps, apply Lean and Six Sigma, and mentor teams while traveling to client sites as needed; a strong analytical mindset and stakeholder management are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in management consulting or in a similar operational improvement role.
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma (Green or Black Belt certification advantageous), or other process improvement methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and techniques.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, logistics, or retail is preferred.
• Willingness to travel to client sites as required.

Responsibilities

• Assess current operational processes and identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains.
• Design and implement optimized operational models, including supply chain management, production planning, and inventory control.
• Utilize Lean, Six Sigma, and Process Re-engineering to drive performance improvements.
• Develop business cases and implementation roadmaps for operational transformation initiatives.
• Facilitate client workshops and training sessions on operational excellence principles and tools.
• Manage project deliverables, timelines, and budgets, ensuring successful project execution.
• Analyze performance data and provide regular reports and recommendations to clients.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement within client organizations.
