• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management, process improvement, or consulting.
• Proven experience with Lean Six Sigma methodologies and tools.
• Strong analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze current operational processes to identify inefficiencies, risks, and areas for improvement.
• Design and implement optimized workflows, supply chain improvements, and lean manufacturing/service principles.
• Develop and deploy key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor operational performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with client teams to implement operational changes, manage resistance, and ensure successful adoption.
• Conduct training sessions for client staff on new processes and operational best practices.
• Provide strategic recommendations on operational strategy, technology investments, and organizational structure.
