Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 6 years of experience in operations consulting, supply chain management, or a similar role.
Proven track record in improving operational performance and achieving cost savings.
Proficiency in data analysis, process mapping, and project management.
Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Analyze client operational processes, supply chains, and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies for operational efficiency, cost reduction, and quality enhancement.
Lead project teams in the execution of operational improvement initiatives.
Design and document optimized standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Communicate findings and recommendations effectively to client stakeholders at various levels.
