Job summary

DSV in Kempton Park seeks an Operational Excellence Specialist to drive digital transformation and AI initiatives across Air & Sea operations, acting as the bridge between business needs and delivery teams to ensure value realization.

You will identify improvement opportunities, map current and future state processes, and implement automation and AI workflows using Power Platform, Copilot, and other low‑code tools to deliver measurable efficiency and service improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in business analysis or transformation projects.
• Certifications in Business Analysis and Lean Six Sigma are advantageous.
• Experience with low-code automation and AI workflows is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify transformation opportunities and assess automation potential.
• Facilitate workshops to map current and future processes.
• Design and prototype AI-enabled workflows on approved platforms.
• Establish baseline metrics and business cases for value tracking.
• Coordinate change management and stakeholder communications.
