Job summary

SAB is seeking a Senior Digital Transformation Lead to drive Logistics and Supply Chain initiatives in South Africa. You will translate strategy into actionable projects, lead end-to-end execution, and leverage SAP, Power BI, and data analytics to improve operational performance.

Collaborate across zones and stakeholders, champion agile delivery, and guide process redesign and change management to realize measurable value in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 3–5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, Transformation, or FMCG Operations.
• Proven project management and business transformation experience.
• Experience in process improvement, business analysis, and digital transformation.
• SAP experience is essential.
• Power BI reporting experience.
• Strong data analysis and visualization skills.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Knowledge of process mapping and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Drive digital strategy and transformation initiatives within Logistics; align with Zone strategies.
• Lead projects from concept to execution with governance and performance tracking.
• Map current processes and design future-state improvements to boost efficiency.
• Develop dashboards and insights using Power BI; ensure data quality and governance.
• Apply Agile principles to manage delivery, scope, and stakeholder engagement.
