Ideal candidates will have 1–2 years of relevant experience, strong attention to detail, and effective communication skills. Basic Excel skills are also required.

Overview

Operations Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities

To ensure operational and transactional compliance by conducting detailed checks across the full order-to-pay lifecycle. This includes verifying that Estimates have been correctly converted to Orders and ensuring alignment. The role also involves the timely and accurate review of Proof of Delivery (POD) documents to verify delivery fulfilment and documentation integrity.

Qualifications & Experience Requirements

• Strong attention to detail with ability to spot discrepancies in large sets of documents.
• Basic Excel or spreadsheet skills for tracking and reporting.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
