• Six years+ in senior restaurant leadership, ideally GM in premium environment.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting and profitability experience.
• Exceptional leadership, communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience coaching and developing people.
• Excellent organisational, planning and decision-making abilities.
• Confidence working in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.
• Strong administrative, financial and computer literacy.
• A genuine passion for hospitality and creating exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day restaurant operations across Front and Back of House.
• Inspire culture of hospitality, professionalism and teamwork.
• Oversee opening/closing, inventory, maintenance and operational readiness.
• Ensure brand standards and policies are followed.
• Monitor performance; improve efficiency, guest satisfaction and profitability.
• Lead daily management briefings to align and motivate teams.
