Qualifications

• Previous experience as a General Manager or Senior Restaurant Manager in premium hospitality.
• Proven ability to lead, inspire and develop high-performing teams.
• Strong commercial acumen with budgeting, profitability and operational oversight.
• Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Calm, hands-on, solutions-focused in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operation of the café, upholding front and back of house standards.
• Create an environment where every team member delivers the tashas experience.
• Oversee opening/closing, inventory, equipment maintenance and readiness.
• Monitor performance and implement improvements for efficiency and guest satisfaction.
• Analyse sales trends and metrics to drive sustainable growth.
• Conduct daily briefings to motivate the team for service.
• Ensure brand standards, policies and SOPs are followed.
• Recruit, develop and coach a high-performing team.
