Job summary

The Parc by tashas in Mouille Point, Cape Town is recruiting an experienced FOH Manager to join the opening leadership team. You will lead the Front of House, shaping a warm, refined and memorable guest experience in collaboration with the General Manager and Head Chef.

You will coach the team, drive operational excellence and ensure seamless service across shifts while maintaining brand standards and a safe, organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading Front of House in premium hospitality environments.
• Proven ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams.
• Outstanding guest service skills and passion for hospitality.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Comfort managing busy service periods with professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day Front of House operations, ensuring smooth and consistent service.
• Support GM in delivering operational excellence across all shifts.
• Oversee opening/closing, staffing coverage and venue presentation.
• Maintain stock levels and daily FOH requirements; manage reports and checklists.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality and personalised guest experiences from arrival to departure.
• Lead recruitment, onboarding and training of new team members.
• Uphold brand standards, cleanliness, and service quality across the venue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and food hygiene regulations.
