Job summary

Revlon Isando site is seeking an Industrial Engineer to optimize resources and drive Lean initiatives across production and logistics. This onsite, full-time role focuses on improving yields, reducing waste, and building capacity plans to support growth.

We seek 3–5 years CI/Engineering experience, a Green Belt or similar methodology, and strong analytical and financial acumen. You will partner with Packaging Engineering and other teams to standardize processes and implement cost-saving

Qualifications

Industrial Engineering degree or related field.
Green Belt or equivalent problem-solving methodology.
3–5 years Industrial/CI/Projects Engineering experience in a similar industry.
Knowledge of standard/ABC costing systems.
Familiarity with operations financial systems.

Responsibilities

Provide Industrial Engineering service to optimize manpower, materials and machines.
Lead Lean Manufacturing; train and guide teams; improve yields and reduce waste.
Identify cost reduction opportunities and capacity deficiencies; plan Capex.
Develop strategic capacity plans for 2-year horizons; justify upgrades.
Update equipment and processes to stay globally competitive.
Participate in global sourcing and viability analyses for RSA plant.
Monitor plant efficiencies and production statistics; support budgeting.
Collaborate with Packaging Engineer on new product introductions.
Introduce standards on production lines; drive ergonomics and labor savings.
Develop equipment designs with Engineering; ensure safety compliance and OEE.
Maintain labour standards and standard operation sheets for costing.
Run Learnership training for Engineering interns; align with company objectives.
