Job summary

Revlon is seeking an Industrial Engineer to provide an onsite, full-time leadership role at the Isando site. You will drive the Lean Manufacturing program, optimize resource use, and develop capacity plans for future growth.

Responsibilities include improving yields, reducing costs, and guiding equipment upgrades while ensuring safety and compliance. Strong collaboration with engineering and production teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Industrial Engineering degree or related degree required.
• Minimum Green Belt Certification.
• 3–5 years continuous improvement experience in any industry.
• Knowledge of TPM, LEAN, 20 Keys or related systems.
• Knowledge of Standard and Activity Based Costing and Operations Financial Systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide Industrial Engineering services to optimize manpower, materials and machine resources.
• Lead Lean Manufacturing teams to improve yields, reduce defects and costs.
• Identify capacity deficiencies and develop strategic capacity plans with Capex considerations.
• Monitor plant efficiencies and production statistics to meet benchmarks and budgets.
• Collaborate with Packaging Engineer to facilitate new product introductions and standards on production lines.
