Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule remote installation and maintenance activities for clients using our client's specialized software.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients requiring remote technical assistance, providing clear and timely communication.
• Monitor the progress of remote support tickets, ensuring adherence to service level agreements and client expectations.
• Liaise with field technicians and remote support specialists to facilitate smooth execution of tasks and resolve escalated issues.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all client interactions, service requests, and resolution outcomes within the CRM system.
• Identify trends in support requests and provide feedback to the technical teams for service improvement.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a coordination, scheduling, or technical support role, preferably within a remote environment.
• Strong understanding of installation and maintenance processes for technical equipment or systems.
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
