Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on experience maintaining ServiceNow in live/BAU environments.
• Proven experience managing a ServiceNow instance end-to-end across modules.
• Strong understanding of ServiceNow best practices, configuration and platform administration.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the ServiceNow platform on a day-to-day BAU basis.
• Provide support across ITSM, SPM, HR Service Delivery and CMS modules.
• Drive incident resolution and service requests related to the platform.
• Coordinate platform enhancements, configuration changes and minor developments.
• Participate in ServiceNow governance forums and meetings.
