Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ retail security experience in a shopping mall.

Responsibilities

• PSIRA knowledge applied to daily security operations.
• Maintain strong situational awareness and risk assessment.
• Monitor financial impact of shrinkage, theft and risk.
• Conflict management and de-escalation when needed.
• Ensure English is used for official communications.
• Lead and guide security staff.
• Produce accurate reports and incident investigations.
