Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of project management experience with a focus on operations or process improvement.
• Proven track record of delivering operational projects and efficiency gains.
• Strong understanding of business processes and operational frameworks.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills for on-site operations.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects focused on improving business operations, including process optimization, workflow enhancements, and system implementations.
