Job summary

A triple A Recruitment is seeking an IT Field Technician to support clients in Pretoria and surrounding areas. You will install, configure, and maintain hardware and software on-site, diagnose issues, and ensure environments run securely and smoothly.

You will travel frequently, document work and inventory, and assist end-users with training. The role requires reliability, problem-solving, and strong communication; flexibility to work outside normal hours is valued.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Clean credit history.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work outside regular hours if needed.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, and maintain hardware and software at client sites.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and system updates.
• Provide technical support and training to end-users.
• Travel to various client locations as required.
• Maintain accurate documentation of work performed and inventory.
• Comply with company policies, including honesty and integrity standards.
