Qualifications

• Extensive experience as a Field Service Engineer or similar technical service role.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical and electronic systems relevant to the industry.
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools (oscilloscopes, multimeters) and specialized software.
• Ability to read complex drawings, schematics and manuals.
• Excellent problem-solving and customer-facing communication skills.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the service area.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair complex equipment and systems at customer sites.
• Conduct thorough diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and software issues.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to ensure maximum equipment uptime and efficiency.
• Respond to urgent service calls and troubleshoot issues effectively under pressure.
• Provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate service reports, inventory logs, and documentation for all activities performed.
