Qualifications

• Previous catering/hospitality/event service experience is essential.
• Ability to work well in a team and take initiative.

• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends, in Paarl.
• Basic understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Catering Manager in overseeing daily catering operations and event execution.
• Supervise catering staff during events and ensure efficient service delivery.
• Help manage inventory, stock rotation, and ordering as needed.
• Ensure food and beverage services meet quality and presentation standards.
• Support client interactions and address inquiries to meet needs.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of event spaces per client requirements.
• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
• Maintain positive working relationships within the team and with clients.
