Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist the Catering Manager in supervising catering staff, including training, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
• Support the planning and execution of catering events, ensuring all client requirements are met.
• Oversee food and beverage preparation and service, upholding standards of quality, presentation, and safety.
• Manage inventory and stock levels, assisting with ordering and minimizing waste.
• Act as a point of contact for clients and guests during events, addressing inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with all health, hygiene, and safety regulations in the kitchen and service areas.
