Job summary

Clicks Group Limited is seeking a capable Traffic Coordinator in Cape Town to support OMNI department workflows. The role requires precise coordination, strong administrative discipline, and excellent communication with printers and stores to meet tight deadlines.

You will manage job bags, timelines, and photography coordination, while maintaining cost-efficient standards and clear updates across teams. 1–2 years of traffic coordination experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Grade 12 or equivalent.
• 1-2 years’ experience in traffic coordination.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Ability to use own initiative and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creative workflow, printing and communication process to meet deadlines.
• Accurate opening of Job Bags and briefing Printers.
• Supply clear Critical Path and ensure timelines are met.
• Time allocation in Display, Studio and with Copy writers.
• Time allocation for sign-off.
• Receive and communicate accurate updates of information.
• Interpret changes accurately and allocate time for process.
• Attend status meetings and communicate with Operations Team Leader and Manager.
• Sourcing of samples and references; research images for Promotions and Ad Hoc requests.
• Book, brief and co-ordinate photography; allocate photography to the correct Cost Code.
• Ensure standards are met in a cost-efficient and effective way.
• Create Purchase Order Requisitions.
